Darren Penrose is an independent Christian songwriter and lyricist Floyd, VA. His work blends heartfelt storytelling with worship themes of hope, victory, and grace. Every lyric is written from lived experience — struggles, faith, and redemption woven into music that aims to encourage and uplift.

Darren began writing songs as a way to process life’s battles and to point others toward the hope he’s found in Jesus. Over time, this passion grew into a body of original work that is now being shared publicly through his Songwriter Lyrics Showcase project.
